The Challenge
Teams across the business were losing hours every day to repetitive, low-value work — compiling the same weekly reports by hand, manually coordinating scheduling, and digging through scattered documents and wikis to answer questions that had already been answered before.
Our Approach
We built a conversational AI assistant wired directly into the company's internal data sources — its reporting tools, scheduling systems, and knowledge base — so it could answer questions and complete routine tasks in place of a human doing them manually. It was designed to sit inside existing workflows and communication tools rather than becoming another separate app to check.
The Results
Since launch, Cortex AI has taken over enough of this repetitive work to save the business more than 300 hours of manual effort every month, freeing that time for higher-value work.
