The Challenge

The logistics team managing a 200-vehicle delivery fleet had no real-time visibility into where vehicles actually were or how deliveries were progressing through the day, making it hard to react to delays, re-route drivers, or give customers an accurate delivery estimate.

Our Approach

We built a cross-platform mobile app in Flutter for drivers alongside a dispatch dashboard, connected through live GPS tracking with route optimization built directly into the planning flow — so dispatch could see the whole fleet in real time and drivers received optimized routes automatically instead of static, pre-planned ones.

The Results

With live visibility and optimized routing in place, average delivery time across the fleet dropped by 18%, and dispatch could finally react to delays as they happened instead of after the fact.
